These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of electrik.dev and related marketing pages operated by Electrik (Neeraj Kumar).

By using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

The website vs the software

This site provides information, documentation, and links about the Electrik Laravel starter kit and related projects (including Slate).

Use of the Electrik software itself is governed by the Business Source License 1.1 and, where applicable, a separate commercial license — not by these website Terms alone.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the site in violation of applicable law
  • Attempt to disrupt, probe, or overload our infrastructure
  • Scrape or automate access in a way that impairs the service for others
  • Misrepresent your affiliation with Electrik or misuse our trademarks (see Trademark Policy)
  • Upload malware or interfere with security

We may suspend access if we reasonably believe these Terms are violated.

Content and accuracy

Documentation and marketing copy are provided for convenience. Software is under active development; features and install steps may change. We do not warrant that every statement on this site is complete or current.

The site links to GitHub, Packagist, Slate, demo hosts, and other third parties. We are not responsible for their content or policies.
